Payment & Shipping Terms

Payments by personal Checks, Money Orders or PayPal. COD always works too if you are in the area, we will make arrangements to meet with you at our store for pickups. Online payment transactions are either processed through PayPal's secure servers or our secure server.

Please allow 10 - 14 days for our bank to clear your personal check prior to shipping. PayPal payments will receive next business day shipping.

Shipping is by USPS Retail Ground (formerly Parcel Post) for smaller items and UPS for larger items, depending on the size and weight of the package and its destination. On shipping costs, we do our best to calculate an accurate cost based on the factors above and in some cases, a modest handling fee may be added.

We pride ourselves in no shipping damage claims in nearly 20 years.

Item Descriptions: Items are accurately and honestly described, to the best of our ability, condition and specs supplied where possible, items of unknown condition or unable to test are clearly identified as such.

Returns

You may return your item if you are not happy with it, within 7 days of receipt. Please return it in the same packaging with sufficient protective packing materials - at your expense - and we will be happy to return your initial payment. You will not be reimbursed for return shipping.
